SHIPPING POLICY

Here's what to expect when you order from Furr Friendly:

  • Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
  • Shipping times: Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days within the US after processing.
  • Shipping rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders.
  • Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package.
  • International shipping: We currently ship within the US. International shipping will be available as we expand — stay tuned!
  • Lost or delayed packages: If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@furrfriendly.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
  • Shipping address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
